Interesting challenge
Easy to follow recipes. I love the weekly shopping list so you buy only what you need and don't waste a lot of food. I did this for 30 days and it was easy.
Her smoothies are delicious and have practical ingredients. I haven't found one I didn't like yet )
I like this book because I drink smoothies every day. I found a number of great smoothies in this publication.
